I feel amazing....Now how long is it going to last this time???




Yup, I have a huge JOY hangover 🥰😂🥰


This isn’t new for me, I’ve been attending personal development courses for nearly 20 years and the high I get from the breakthroughs, big or small, are very addictive.


I keep looking for bigger and better breakthroughs because, every time, they come with a hit of dopamine from the reward system in my brain. Fact! Especially a course with Tony Robbins, he does everything he can to take you to the highest, most euphoric state you‘re capable of!!! Great music, dancing, random acts of celebration. He WANTS you to become addicted to that natural “high on life” feeling..How dare he? I mean, does he know what he’s doing to his audience when he helps bring us to that beautiful state?


We feel great, are excited for life, feel connected to the thousands of like-minded individuals that attend with us and then...


Back to normal life 😑


I bet you know the feeling even if personal development isn’t your jam, It’s the same as when you go to a great concert or movie and you try to share that experience with others but they’re just not into it. You start to lose that high vibe feeling. It’s like they poked a hole in your happy balloon and...................you’re deflated.


Now you’re back to life as usual.


But wait! Why do we have to attend an event like a great concert, movie or, in my case, a Tony Robbins event, to feel that joy and excitement? Why can’t we feel it more often, throughout our normal day???


WE CAN AND I HAVE A PLAN!!!!


Thanks to Tony (yeah, that’s right, we’re on a first name basis) and the many mentors that I’ve been blessed with, I can come back to this state as often as I want 👏🙌👏 and I’m so excited to share it with you because it’s so SIMPLE and FUN!


The only issue is, it has to be repeated A LOT!!! Multiple times a day everyday. It’s a big commitment to be truly happy 🤷‍♀️


Just like how we have to keep working out to maintain our fitness, its the same with our mental and emotional state.


So what’s the routine?


1) You have to smile when you wake up and as often as you can throughout the day


Your brain 🧠 is so primitive, if you smile, it thinks you‘re happy so it goes to work flooding your body with “happy juice”. Look it up!


Not happy juice, who knows where google will direct you on that 🤪


No, look up the effects of smiling on mood and depression, really cool!




2) You must sing and dance until you’re really having a good time.


The dancing should include some jumping to get the blood flowing and the music must lift your spirits. One great song should be enough. For a stronger hit of happy, and if you’re brave, laugh out loud and shout out a couple of woop woops!!!


Steps 1 and 2 should be repeated throughout the day, whenever your high wears off.




3) Do this 15 min priming at least once a day (works best first thing in the AM but can be done any time)

4) You need to have a strong gratitude game.


If you want any kind of abundance in your life, the best way to do it is to get laser-focused on it. The problem here is us humans, unintentionally, focus on the wrong thing, what’s going wrong, and, as a result, what we appreciate (or focus on), appreciates (meaning we get more of it). It doesn’t matter of it’s good or bad, the brain doesn’t know the difference, it just knows that if you think about something often enough, it MUST be important to you 🤨. If you’re trapped in that cycle, no worries, it’s your brain, not you. It seeks out possible dangers to protect you from harm, but we live in a relatively safe world (small chance you’ll be eaten by a pack of wolfs like our ancestors) so you need to train it to ”lighten up”. Taking the time to deliberately visualize the people, events and things you love and enjoy will rewrite that negative programming of your ancient mind. The key is to keep going until you actually FEEL the emotion of gratitude and not just go through the motions of “thinking” about them.


5) Drink lots of water. Copious amounts of water.


Our bodies are comprised mostly of water and the level depletes as we go throughout our day. Pure H2O provides us with the life force energy we need to stay in a joyful state, it:


Regulates body temperatureMoistens tissues in the eyes, nose and mouth.

Conducts electricity aka the energy Flowing through us

Regulates body temperature.

Moistens tissues in the eyes, nose and mouth.

Protects body organs and tissues.

Carries nutrients and oxygen to cells.

Lubricates joints.

Lessens burden the on kidneys and liver by flushing out waste products.

Helps dissolve minerals and nutrients to make them accessible to your body.

Now that’s something to be grateful for!




And there you have it, your mission should you choose to except it!


I have made it a MUST in my life, it’s non-negotiable from now on. Now that I now how good life can feel, I refuse to live it any other way.
