  • Level 4 of the Confidence Boost course delves into the powerful process of discovering your core values through reflection on your perception of 'right' and 'wrong' behaviours. We then utilize a value finder tool to uncover your top 3-5 values, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself. Lastly, we introduce a tool from Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help you recognize when you're aligning with or moving away from your true self. We explore three distinct goal-setting techniques to build trust in your path: S.M.A.R.T., S.E.X.Y., and H.E.A.R.T. Goals. Additionally, we delve into overcoming F.E.A.R. and embracing D.A.R.E. while learning to grant yourself G.R.A.C.E. Throughout this level, you'll gain the tools and insight needed to set meaningful goals, conquer fears, and extend compassion to yourself, empowering you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
